TASCO Joint Stock Company would like to inform you about:
Appointment and dismissal of General Director of Tasco Joint Stock Company
- Appoint General Director – TASCO legal representative for Mr. Nguyen Viet Tan – TASCO Vice Chairman of Management officially from October 1, 2019;
- Simultaneously dismiss General Director – TASCO legal representative for Mr. Nguyen Van Duong. Accordingly, Mr. Duong will focus full-time on the non-stop automatic toll station business at VETC (a subsidiary of TASCO) as the Chairman and General Director of Automatic Toll Station Co., Ltd. VETC;
- The change of senior management of the Company as mentioned above complies with the provisions of law, the Company’s regulations, in order to rearrange and restructure the senior human resources to fit the new stage strategy.
